Current behavior
The public pages and calculators do not intentionally set a tracking cookie. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies. The multi-window calculator uses local browser storage only when you add or save a project, so it can restore that project on the same device. This storage is not used for advertising and can be deleted in the calculator or through browser settings.
Essential technology
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security or load-balancing technology to deliver and protect the site.
Anonymous first-party measurement
The site uses session storage for a random, per-session analytics identifier and local storage for a simple visited-before flag. The flag is not unique and no persistent visitor ID is sent. These values support privacy-conscious traffic and feature measurement, are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and can be cleared in browser settings. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this measurement.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics does not load unless you choose Allow Google Analytics. If separately allowed, it may use browser storage to distinguish visits and measure pages and approved tool actions. It does not receive entered measurements, files, filenames, project names, window names, or notes. Open /cookies/?analytics=choices to review or change your choice.
